We are Kay and Phil Morris and we have been married since 1990.

I fell in love with the breed when at the age of 13 I saw a picture of a group of Tervueren. Up until then I had been mad keen on owning a rough collie, but these dogs appeared so much more glamorous. It was however not until 1991 following my marriage to Phil that I was able to acquire my first Tervueren.

Phil still says it was the most expensive statement of his life when he came home from work and asked if I knew what a Belgian Shepherd was and told me that a work colleague had a litter of puppies.......Oh and did I want to see them ? (but we weren’t having one!!) .........Yeah right!!

Our first Tervueren, Garth from Dave and Carol Rees (Precily) was purely a pet, but when he was six months old we returned to the breeder for a puppy party. There I met Julie Davies who had the litter sister whom she said she was going to show.

Julie encouraged me to consider showing my puppy.......and the rest as they say is history!!

In 1998 I began my judging career and have now been awarded with the accolade and honour of awarding CC’s in Belgian Shepherds Dogs.

Phil has also recently begun judging and he is currently on the B list.
